Lost Ewing & Ewing '34 Ford Gasser

I was told yesterday, that this baby has been FOUND! No info, or pictures yet, but soon as I know, I'll fill you in, or maybe just let Kris do it himself.

Hell of a search mission

 

Way cool. Looks like a bitchin car.

 

So far the story is.., Kris got a call from a lady in the mid west who has the car, but says its NOT for sale! She has forwarded pics, and its still wearing the candy orange paint! Say some prayers for Kris, and we'll see how this turns out.

I still have it..after 35 years I am hoping my son will finish it before I die! Maybe after I retire I will move in with him and pester him till he finishes it! LOL. It will have a caddie motor with 3 deuce's...got bomber seat by Frank Wallic...pieces and parts...TCI front end...ford 9 inch...wish I hadn't sanded the reaper off the back.....think the son is gonna do aluminum panels in the interior....I found a sight off of a bomber plane..he may use as the shifter...even though if I hadn't come this far with it...I really would like to see it back at the strip! Hopefully one day it will be driving the streets of Northern California!

 

. This is my little 32 yes it is steel.....and it was originally bought in 1960 for $10.00. I have the original bill of sale!

 

That's awesome that it's still around and hasn't been crushed or changed so much that you can't recognize it
