I've been looking and posting for a while now. I bought my '30 coupe in 1960. I went through 4 four bangers, a flathead and am on my fifth smallblock. One of the fours had rods and mains cast by Ansen in the 60's (by me), Jahns pistons, Isky cam, adjustable lifters, aluminum timing gear, Ansen transmission adapter to a '39 toploader, Mallory centrifugal distributor and a shaved head. I got the '34 pickup in 1964 with an old 24 stud racecar engine in it. Changed to later hydraulics and painted it. The '31 slant windshield has roll down opera windows and a '34 commercial four banger with juice brakes. The '33 pickup has a fresh 59 AB and hydraulics. The back of the '34 has a 350/350 sitting on the p***enger side and a 302 Chevy on the driver's side. I'm kind of scared to put that in anything as my last 302 tried to kill me in March of '69 by barrel rolling after hitting black ice on I 29. Yes, I totalled a '68 Z28 in my youth. I consequently have shoulder harness in everythin I own. It helped when I hit the bridge in the A and when the old lady in the Citation T-boned it at speed when she ran a red. I also like fenders. Glad to be aboard.
Yeah, I've driven the coupe to high school, college, college again after the Navy and through all my jobs. I drove it to work this morning. I've put on close to 400,000 miles. It's much more fun than a Honda.
Welcome. Would you happen to have extra gas pedal ***embly for those pickups that you want to part with?
