Louisiana is quite a big state...it just doesn't look like it on a map!

I'm in south mississippi, depending on your city/town I may be close...and I may be 4-5 hours away.

 

Been to the ******* Redneck Nationals a couple of times. Have some good friends in Sulphur. Worst part about a weekend in the Pelican state...takes me a week to wipe the smile off my face. And about a month to get the weight off. Y'all folks know how to p*** a good time.

Lodaddyo, LowGalaxie, 58 Sled, Eightbanger are all southern L.A, I was thinking about a cruise night in Baton rouge somewhere, are there any diners that would have enough parking for 5 cars

 

So am I. I'm 58, a Slidell native, trying to recover from 5 feet of water in my shop during Katrina. Just got my '23 Lakes mod style T roadster running and driveable. Into motorcycles also. What's your ride?

I am in slidell , there is a burger shop on airline hwy in baton rouge , i would have to find out the name of it , i would drive to baton rouge for a cruise .I think that other people would come out also ,

I'm in Prairieville (east of Baton Rouge) there seem to be a good bit of louisiana people here we just havent UNITED yet. my car is far from running but that wont stop me from hanging out. let me know if I can help in any way.

Im right on the TX/La Border, TX side. Im in Beaumont....

Im about 4 hours away...

 

How about we try to get together at my shop in Baton Rouge in the middle of January. The holidays will be over and we can just hang out and get to meet the Louisiana HAMB gang.

Sounds good to me too. Keith, yes I remember you, and you might remember me too. Charlie Breedlove and I had the bike shop on Hwy 190 back in the 80's. I still see Kenny occasionally, and remember when he had that T-Bucket that he used to run the wheels off of. You guys lived off Old Spanish Trial, on or near Bosworth St. didn't you?

I'm in P*** Christian, MS getting my shop ready so I can build something in the near future. Have most of the tools necessary for a build. I am also still recovering from Katrina. I was at Mikes shop yesterday, his shop is very well equipped. Would like to be part of the get together at his shop.

I may be up for a cruise, don't have a HAMB friendly car and don't know much period, but I love the old cars. If a couple more Mississippi guys chime in, and I am in town out of school and off work I am willing to make the drive if we have a few cars going.
