Just wondered if any of you guys might remember when these checkered flag air cleaners were manufactured? Looks like "Willey MFG Chicago" on clamp? Thanks fellas!
I looked through a 57 and a 64 JC Whitney catalog and did not see em.... they are pretty cool... gotta be early 60's
Must be rare as Hell if Moriarity doesn't have one hanging on his wall , bathroom, bedroom, Munster coffin, somewhere.
The clamp may be Willey Mfg but the chrome louvered air cleaner with the checkered flag on top itself I'm thinking more like Badger Speed Brand.
