I wish I would have chanelled mine. Maybe next time.
And WOW! The chop on that one! I love it. Can't wait to see it done.

Can someone help Egg Man out with posting full size pics ? I don't know enough about it, to be of help.

Wyoming - do I win a prize for 'guess the chop ?'

7 inches is huge, I've only seen one that was dropped that far and it was chopped that low AND sectioned at least 5. Found it. No idea who's it is but I don't like it at all, way too far. I have other pics of when it was black and it looked better. I just kept the pics because I like the way the cad tail lights look in it.

Also here is one that formerly belonged to Ben Price, the guy who did my roof chop for me (i had no welder or know how then - these days I might consider doing it)

Ben's truck was the one that started it all for me - saw his and HAD to have one. Obviously since Ben sold it the turbo LS1 and bling wheels have been added.

Here it is in original form.
56 Cad trim pieces, 59 Cad tail lights, 3 inch chop 4 or so inch section open bed huge C section and bags. Up front it had 56 Cad Dagmars and custom lowers. The grille was a double set of teeth, he cut the tops off two sets and welded them to make one set of floating ones.
I think he said he had a 360 Cad motor in it at the time.
As an idea of how low it was, the guy in the pic is a friend and he's only 5"9'.

Mark, you want more pics of the BLUE one right ? Please say you don't like tweety the slammed nasty thing there...

The interior of the blue one (Ben's truck) was plain, in fact it didn't even have windows when I saw it. I think it an old Toyota pickup bench seat and a mexican blanket to cover it..
The dash had been smoothed and painted.

The colour is PBR can blue.

I'll drag some more pics out later.

The chop and the severe section, the colour of the paint and those horrrible mirrors all conspire to make it look crap.

Here's mine. '51 with Camaro front clip, 302 with C4 tranny and 9" rear end.

The original owner cut out the rear fenders (both sides!) to make room for spare tires (chevy style). I really want to put the fenders back the way they were so if anybody can help me find some rear fenders to patch the indentions or just maybe completely replace them I would really appreciate it.

Shook - I have a spare set of fenders that are too rusty to use, but would be fine for your purpose. I also I think one of them is actually TWO fenders pressed one inside the other - some kind of bizarre repair done years ago.

I'll check out what I have and take some pics.
