Since I only need 2.5# PSI why do I need a gauge that goes to 15#? I would like to buy a 1-4# or 1-5# gauge. I would prefer a good quality (not chinese) gauge, a used one would be fine.

I wish I could tell you they make a nice looking one but they don't as far as I know.
This is mine, 0-10 and the 2-3 is in red so easy to see what you are doing. LCE is the name on it.
If you find something that looks nice don't forget to post a pic of what you get.

Never seen one in those increments. I use a marshall which I think is very attractive and have a matching oil pressure gauge on my firewall.

Apparently Marshall make the Moon fuel pressure gauges but both gauges go up to 15 p.s.i. The one @Bandit Billy posted looks like a good option, and should be more accurate.

    Look out side of automotive,
Pretty much all low pressure gauges that are 0-5 psi face size are 2 inch size .
& bigger , European, German , Japanese companies

I've used the Marshall gages with success and they look nice.

I reached out to that member, we’ll see what happens. Once outside automotive gauges there are definitely some 0-5 gauges available. There are also 0-10 psi gauges that are liquid filled. Liquid filled isn’t a must but it would be great if I could find a 0-5 liquid filled. Thank to y’all for the help.

I was told by Marshall ,
The way the gauge mechanism is design that the housing for the gauge that is roughly a 50 Cent piece diameter would be too big for low pressure sweep 180- 260 deg to fit in the housing for such low pressures, and accuracy,
This why 0-5 ,0-10 much bigger
    2 inch plus gauge size

Check Grainger. They have a bunch of 0-5 psi offerings.

You might be right, it looks like it has the same amount of sweep as the 0-5 psi range on a 0-15 psi gauge.

I've had this same issue installing Weber Carburetors on import trucks which like 3 lbs or less of pressure. Finding a fuel regular and gauge can be a bear. I've always ended up using 2" industrial gauges and holley fuel regulators. The low pressure ebay gauges are rarely accurate and usually have a short life.

I’m good with using a larger gauge in order to get what I want. I suppose that in theory, once the regulator has been set then the gauge would no longer be needed but I doubt that the regulator is that precise or consistent. I would still like to find a 0-5# liquid filled gauge which may be out there but I haven’t found it yet.

Many complaints , & I myself have had issues with the liquid filled,
( 0-5 ) & other pressures , after hot & heat transfer pressure on gauge would go up,,,
( I would remove liquid from gauge))
Now I'm thinking I'm will have to do a test on that
    ""Heat transfer gauge reading higher""

I will get around ,make a Tree , calibrate and note gauge reading Cold , after calibrating 4 or so gauges,
    (accuracy and note )
Then test One liquid filled and Two non, Non-filled then a
liquid filled in middle and then a
non-filled on end of tree , & see If liquid filled one if pressure rises ,,if the two on the outer ends do also,, or hold steady or go up in pressure,,

I deal with some gas applications that are very pressure sensitive, 1.5 to 2 psi ..

i will have to get a Liquid filled because all the ones I have are empty,
Up until about a 6 months ago,
(gauge about two month old at the time)
    I was running a Marshall
    ( nothing against Marshall)
    I was running a 100 spi gauge,
It was Liquid but drained, using on High fuel pressure 65psi , on open hooded car,
Was testing made pass , next thing I know liquid all over the windshield,
Strong smell gas , killed engine ,
Smell gas but could not see anything I flipped the electric fuel pump on and gas started spraying out of the gauge that made me kind of nervous , i'm glad that the air Dynamics of my car routed the fuel upward and over the roof instead of cross the headers

because I was on a mid 6 sec pass testing on the street , called my nephew at 2 AM to go to my shop and bring me pipe plugs,,,
So since then I'm using electric censored fuel pressure gauge, for many years I've ran fuel gauges and I never had one do this (name brands)

It may be difficult to find a 5psi fuel pressure gauge.

Here are 2 Stewart Warner 10psi that are older Made In U.S.A.

I understand you would prefer a smaller numbered gauge, but these are a good next best option.

Here's a 2 5/8" I had, but sold. I mounted the gauge in a chrome cup and I thought it looked pretty nice.

I am resigned to the fact that I will need a larger gauge than ideal and probably use a 10# gauge as well. In general, nothing “new” is worth buying but sometimes there is no other option. I like that vintage SW and would buy one if I find one.

Dicks hot rod carbs. He was a member on here & I bought one of his that works great. I had a marshal liquid filled before that & the pressure would always change by at least one psi from hot to cold. I’m told glycerin filled gauges react with heat a mine is mounted on the fuel block on my firewall.

McMaster Carr carries several low pressure gauges. 0-3,0-5, 0-10. They are 2 1/2" dials.

The McMaster Carr gauge (presumably the 0-5 psi similar):

    The Dickster gauge:

You guys were all expecting something else..? What else did you expect? What's wrong with the sweep? Not a lot of confusion there, the needle in the middle of the numbers is the perfect spot OP wants a gauge to be. Not a lot of mistaking that even at a glance when the direct middle of a fairly flat sweep like that shows exactly the pressure the guy wants to see

When the OP is finding 0-15 gauges that are a full sweep, but wants 0-5, clearly he wants a larger sweep and better resolution of the readings. The 0-15 from dicks looks like the same 0-15 just with a reprinted face that only goes from 0-5, so it doesn't give any better resolution.
