If you can’t find a single or perfect fir I’d go to an auto parts store that has hoses hanging and buy the one with the most bends or one that fits the coat hanger you bent to match what you need. I’ve split them and put in a coupling too, they sell really neat ones today that grip the hose. Hose clamps from mid 50’s Fords look great too.

I've taken plastic pipe pieces/elbows and formed the approximate shape needed to the parts store, my experience is that they, then take you back in the bowels of the store and say "good luck", being old has some advantages:)
At one parts store they had two areas for hoses, one was for the current assortment but in another area of the store was a group of hoses that were slow movers, that's where I found the hose I needed and got a discount:) win win!!

Choke heater. Comes in a box. Stretches and bends to make a perfect fit. Go to parts store to find a hose with those same bends. Have had one on the shelf for years.
