Here's one that we're workin on at my shop............ 59 Apache. My buddy Daniel originally had it dropped using Mono Leafs But we clipped it with a 78-87 Midsize GM G-body Car. (Monte Carlo, Malibu, Regal, El co.......) The wheel track narrow-er than the original........ a Camaro is wider if you want to lower it you will need very skinny wheels, thats why some front suspension companys make narrowed arms for the camaro clip.( I had one clipped with a camaro...... not fun to drive lowered) The Monte Carlo clip can turn lock to lock with-out the tires rubbing and it sits BAGLESS an inch off the ground .......
On this set up we stepped-it or Z'ed it 2 inches and cut 1 1/2 coils
........Or, my buddy still has the Mono leafs he took off his truck if you'd like to buy them I'll pass you his #

    Good luck,
