Lowering a 50 Coupe

    I have aerostar springs for the front. What size blocks do I need for back to have a even stance. The car is not sagging at all right now. Can I use the normal blocks from Oreilley? Any info please.....

    i ***ume you are talking about Ford, since you mentioned the aerostar coils.

    how much you need in the back to make it even depends on the condition of your rear springs, but i would guess you need 3 inch blocks. anything will work as long as they are the right width. just make sure the u-bolts are long enough too, and have the correct inside curve.

    dropped spindles and lowered spring pan in front total 2 1/2 + 2 = 4 1/2 rear 2 inch springs 4 in blocks = 6

    Im. doin my 50 right now been tryin to post pics but cant but anyway i used aerostar coils ft. and s10 3 1/2 blocks that are already angled also pulled the longest leaf after the main in the rear [im runnun air shocks and on board compressor] you cant see my rear rim under my skirt if you want ill try to send pics via pm but i have had no luck sendin pics all day
