Technical Lowering an HEI distributor cap

Does anyone know where one can purchase a clear transparent vortec distributor cap? I bought one on ebay, but they are now out of stock.

Installed this cap on a Cadillac 500 engine just for kicks.... runs good... power steering pump kinda in the way

@MaxCubes, is the coil in the cap?
What is the source of the cap? Thanks.

@pprather Looks like the coil is mounted on the intake.

No longer for sale ... refer to page 2 of this thread for making one from two different caps

 

The problem with that is that a 6 cylinder distributor and a V-8 distributor are not the same diameter, so mating the two is impossible. Like was said if there are no pictures it never happened.
