Lurker Intro

I've been a lurker on the HAMB for years, and I finally decided to get the whole into post over with. My name is Mark, I'm 38 yrs old, and I'm a gasaholic. I love blown g***ers of 60's, and pretty much any hot rod with 60's styling. Especially the late 60's. There's just something about that styling that does it for me. Halibrand or Torq Thrust wheels, candy and metalflake paint, big & little tires, nose up or nose down, they're all cool to me. I've got an old 33 Willys gl*** car project I hope to get started on soon, but I've gotta sell my 41 Willys pick up first.

I wish I had the fabrication and body work skills to build my project my self, but I just don't have the experience to execute to the level I want. So that means lots of scrimping and saving to get the work done by someone with the right expertise. I'm an engineer and deal in pumps. I work for a living, have a wife and two little boys that have to come first. So saving money takes a long time.

I love watching all the projects come together here on the HAMB, and I've learned a lot over the years. I hope I can contribute something here once in a while.
