Does anyone have any experience with either of these shops located in the State College, Pa. area?

Rodlands Crankshaft Grinding or Shady Dell Speed Shop.

I have just had a failure in my Chrysler 392 which I will pull this weekend & ***ess. I'm sure that I lost one or more bearings, hopefully nothing more.

Would you still recommend either of these shops to grind the crank & if need be, weld it?
How about for a complete short block rebuild?
Thanks for the time & help, Andy

    from pa.

Rodlands I know does good work, don't know the other one. D L Automotive in State College also is good.
Rodlands would be my first choice for crank grinding.

Thanks for the reply. Took short block to Rodlands for him to look over. Easy to talk to, now awaiting his opinion on what all needs done.
