Speaking as a Wheels of Time member, we have no control over that. But I'm sure it will be in effect. By the way we hate it too!

Stop by where participants get there T-shirts and stuff and say Hi!!

Cars cannot be stock and must be modified enough to meet the 100 points according to the following:

We all hate it, but its out of our control. There's a few local food places that have taken advantage of the situation and sent their people into the park to take orders!!!

This food ticket thing must be new this year. I've been attending this show for many years and have always liked the food offered, but I'm not going to stand in 2 lines for it. It will still be one of the best shows anywhere, so I'll just bring my own food this year and have a great time.

If you like seafood, check out a restaurant called "The Stoned Crab" (no jokes, I didn't name it) about three miles from the show field.

Well this looks like a good thing to me, if your car can't get 100 points out of that list, I don't think it belongs at any custom show. I wish more places would do this.

If a bunch of HAMBers go to the show it would be even better. If you really can't deal with the food tickets walk across the street at the rear of the field to the VFW. Platter style good food priced right and a bunch of cool old folks.
The coupe isn't done yet but,it's only a half hour drive for me so I go. I was there last week for the original car event. Flea market, cars,a nice area, good eats, etc.
How 'bout a HAMB meet and greet at the flag pole around lunch time and we go over to the VFW...

I am registered and all set. I'll be putting nearly 400 miles on my car that weekend. I am SOOO pumped. Hope to meet some of you guys there!!!

This is a good show, usually with 2000 or so cars in attendance. Been going there for a long time and wouldn't miss it. The park is a great setting with gr***, shade trees, bandstand, pool, music, and the food is ok and reasonably priced but the change to food tickets is good reason to bring your own food or eat at the Bear Swamp Diner, Alfredo's Pizza or one of the other places mentioned. I'm looking forward to seeing fellow HAMBers there again this year.

We use to go til some of the registration people gave a friends wife a hard time because her 34 ford wouldn't start after registering, they told us we had 10 mins to get it moved or it was getting towed from the fairgrounds. The next year me and a two others had our registrations turned down, me attending for 10 years, and my one buddy was there from the first show, and the guy that brings the valve cover track even got turned down that the same year. A few years later they had to open it up to later models cause the car count dropped. Possibly because of the rude treatment, friends and family members reistrations being turned down and saying screw it, if their not going were not going, lets got to another show.....

Come on out to the show HAMBers got enough registrations left for all of you. It's a good time to get to know each other. Plenty of hard to find parts in the flea market.

Food thing... must have missed it last year myself. With so many different food varieties there should be somethnig for everyone. I've been going for over 16 yrs and its always a fun time. A groups of us from the area always get together there every year. I even survived Mudcungi.

I won't have my car again this year its going to be painted....and there is green cheese on the moon. Perhaps next year.
