  2. I'm all for saving cl***ic cars from the s****per.

I have lost my storage on the 80 cars I have saved over the years. I'm selling stuff off for basically pick yard prices. I've had 2 guys from this board come buy stuff in the last month.

Others have come from craiglist, etc. Theres a large amount of saveable cars, but I cant keep them.

they will be going to s**** over the next month or so.
Nows your chance to save this stuff. I'm pulling off what I can but I'm letting alot go.
Its happening all over the country. Put your money where your mouth, or heart is and save one. Even if its a 4dr.

I'm still finding places to stash some for now..

P.s. Never use your taser on someone minding their own business.. (Flip it to drive stun.. 3 good 15 second bursts.. Less public)

those junk men are as bad as the guy who has a car rotting away in his driveway / yard / field and won't sell it cause he's going to restore it someday . forget the fact that it has been "resting" for the last 25 years and he hasn't lookin it's direction in 10.

to the young man who is not happy with our sentence structure. i don't care if he writes a sentence a half mile long. if i want to read it i'll read it period. i'm not on the HAMB to grade his english. i'm here to see what is going on all over ever where. my english is very bad. this man was needing to tell his friends what he was having to deal with, i'm dealing with some health issues. i'm sure you don't care some very good men here have taken time to send ne their call on my problem. i think you should pick and choose the threads you read better. the thing here is you can say what you feel and most of the time it's OK. have a good day.. I will laying in the MRI tube and here on the couch.

Yea ,ONLY part-time.... After working as FULL-time police for YEARS in the chicago south burbs , the cest pool of chicago!! I recently got hired as a full time firefighter on the same dept as my father who has 30+ years on so i quit being a cop FULL_TIME.
so yea i work part time as a cop ..it dosent change the danger thats involved!! The only thing that changed is the pay, in fact the guy changing your oil makes more than me now..Maybe your bullets can tell the difference between part-time help and full-time but I know the "banger's" out here dont. not to mention the time i put in at the PD this is after i work the 40hrs at the fire dept and still have time to build my projects.
But don't worry if when you cross the state lines over here and are in need of help i'll be the first to extend my hand to you , and its not because how much i make, its cause i want to .friend ,foe it dosent matter .. kinda makes me wonder what you say about our boy and girls who are in the reserves over seas right now??? are they less of a soldier because they are part-time????? well??

If I could share the stories I would, suffice it to say that the justice system and society in general concern themselves more with how the criminal is treated than the cop that he ***aults. As far as I'm concerned anything more than lipping off should be grounds for having your face ground into the pavement and a free ride to the gray bar inn.

Those stupid "less than lethal" weapons have just emboldened the criminal element in our society. They know that everything is stacked in their favor, they can push just as hard as they want to. When I was little a cop had three things on his belt: a pair of cuffs, a radio, and a pistol. No taser, no pepper spray. If you screwed up too bad he didn't have to show "restraint", he had a gun. As far as I remember there weren't too many shooting either, and I can't remember a single ***ault on an officer. It seems folks understood the principles of respecting the law and those who enforced it. But as the liberal ideals of the city dwelling crept into the rural countryside things changed, and not for the better.

...and for those that have come face to face with an abusive cop: I have too, but I was polite and restrained, I gave him no reason to be any more abusive than he was. AFTER the fact: I went to his chief and tore him a new ***hole. That cop ended up on my doorstep with his hat in his hand to apologize to both my wife and myself. It's just like it was in the military, do what you have to do until you can deal with it appropriately. Just *****ing about something is worthless, put your money where you mouth is and make a formal complaint.

no tags?!? No Proof of ownership?! and you let him go?! I don't know how it works where you're at but in my county a vehicle on the street with no tags goes to jail immediately, regardless of whether someone is trying to load it on a dolly or not.

I just want to step in and thank you and your dad for your services to make this country that much better.

I've seen cars in the crusher lineup that I'd rather save. But you know, it's gonna happen. ****s.
