Madison MATC classes... Kinda off topic

    I am wondering if anyone here knows what some good courses in the welding and automotive areas would be to take. I am confused and thought that if I had some people that had taken some cl***es there (or at other schools for that matter) might be able to direct me in the right direction. Theres so many diffrent cl***es listed, and I dont know which ones may be the right ones for me...

    I hope this isnt too off topic, but if it is, feel free to delete it...

    My little brother goes to MATC right now. I posed your question to him, here is his response:


    I can get back to you on that one. I have a friend that completed the whole welding program and another on that is finishing the automotive program right now. I think there is a basic starting point for all the programs. In other words, the cl***es build on each other and require prerequisite fulfillments to progress on. Also, MATC puts the full time students in first for those cl***es and whats left is what the general-ed students can get into. It can be pretty compe***ive. I would recommend getting into the welding program. I believe its only a one year diploma.
