I just bought the Feb. R&C , and it sucked . 5 bucks down the drain , the only thing cool it it was a T RPU , and the calender had a couple of nice cars in it.I wish I would have glanced through it first and left it at the 7/11.
I am so glad that you hold all of the magazine guys on the board in such high regard, LOL. If you need me I'll be out getting my nails done and shopping for a purse that matches my new shoes...
It never fails, they hit the newsstand somewhere, I bitch about it, then that day it shows up in my mailbox. Maybe I'm magazine menstrual.
Hey, danger(boy), your money's not down the drain...just consider the unwanted "product" tissue and wipe appropriately!
El C.- four words for ya........GET A RAG FAG! You got a project? You got a garage? Then get the fuck to work!
Wahh, I want my cake... Listen el rio cockroach, I just got my fore and aft springs for the A frame. Now I gotta move on it! I'm going to order some perches and shackles and bolts for the springs. I got the hairpins coming, so shut the fuck up. P.S., I love you...
I always get my R&C after everyone else, but I already know what to look for that way. Jim, on the upside my gazette is always on time.
Don't they pretty much show up at the same time every month? Like between the 15th-20th if you have a sub or the first week of the month on the newsstand? We turn stuff in the same time every month, but after that, its out of our hands. We don't print them, we dont' ship them, we don't put them on the stands. We write and shoot...and we try and make it as cool as possible every month. Maybe it'd be cool if you limit your questions to us mag fags to editorial content only, since that's all we have influence on. Otherwise, you're wasting effort griping at the wrong people. We have nothing to do with subscriptions, billing, the condition the mag is in when it shows up in your mailbox, the content of the ads, the whereabouts of pristine issues that you can get from thirty years ago, the home phone numbers of the models, the part number of the widget on page 54 of the October '62 issue of another magazine, who owns the April 88 cover car now, and how much they want for it, the backspacing of the rear wheels on a car in the "readers rides" pages, or the paint codes.
