make a longbed box to fit swb frame

does anyone know of a thread or has taken a longbed box for a 60-65 chevy pickup and cut it down to fit a short bed pickup. thanks for any help, pic would be great

There was a TV show that showed the whole process. I'm sure it is available somewhere. I can't tell you what the show was called but at least you know it's out there. Keep searching.

The show is called Trucks and is on the Powerblock on SPIKE TV where they did exactly what you want to do. They shortened both the front and the rear of the bed to make it fit properly. If I remember correctly they also shortened the long bed frame. Go to the SPIKE Powerblock website and you could try to get the DVD of that build.

Done it on a 69 chevy truck... Yup 67-72chevy.com is where u need to be.
