I did a restoration back in the early 80's for a guy in Escondido, CA.
I have pictures of some of the restoration and being completed.
The guy was putting a Rajo headed A engine in it.

By pure luck, I was looking through the Hiller Auctions pages a year or so ago and happened to spot the EXACT car that I restored up for auction here in the Mpls./St. Paul area.

I contacted the auction company and talked to the lady in charge
and told her the history of the car from "as found" sitting
in a junkyard, to running car.
Lower sections was nothing but rust.
The car was a GENUINE pain in the**** to do.

The car had a "trunk" lid on the back section.
It was about 18" x 24-30", kind of an oval thing.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...
    BUT,
The car as found sitting in the boneyard for 40-50 years was ORIGINAL.
The body was RIVETED together with BF rivets.
The body was built in multiple sections and riveted.

Your one piece body is BEAUTIFUL and very well done...
    BUT......
    Sorry...

I would run it as you built it...
I KNOW how hard it is to build something from scratch...

The complete running car is somewhere here in the upper Midwest...

The past is resurrected...stunning project there. Are you following this through for us as well to completion or is it time to move it on. The vintage space adds a dynamic twist to it all. Get the sepia colour going and back in time we go...Good job is it Andy? There are 2 shops West Coast & Sacramento...are you both? Me's just a little confused...

Very graceful shape with or without rivets - these metalworking projects are my favorite H.A.M.B. threads.
What do you have in mind for wheels - discs, wire spokes, or covers for the wood wheels?

I love to see this type of craftsmanship. Wish I had one in my shop. Are you building any kits. Thanks Frank
