I searched the topic a handful of ways, and came up empty handed...

I'm looking to narrowing a set of rear fenders to use with my 31 wide bed pick up build....I know the wide bed fenders are 2" narrower... And since originals are pretty hard and expensive to come by, I figure someone on the hamb has made their own... I'm curious to know how ya did it, some photos would be amazing...
Basically I'm not sure what part of the fender to section out, the middle, than fill in the splash apron notch, or section out a part of the knotch???

I would hate to trash a set of original fenders.....

I'm not interested in a new set from macs, a would rather make my own from a set of donar fenders.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
