mallory distributor question

I have a mallory double-lite dual point dist. part # yc310 g. Does anyone know the years these were made? This one I believe is for a gm application. I can't find anything on the web about it. How bout' it guys! Anyone out there old enough!

 

does it have 8 lobe cam or 4

 

Go to ebay and and search Mallory. You will probably find several YC310 dizzys for sale. They are for Chevys.

 

Here is my 30 dollar swap meet Mr mallory duel point that was for a chevy and now works on my flathead. I have mechanical tach drive too thanks Bubba

 

According to my catalog index (Reprint from Fox Valley Hot Rods) that number is for a '62 Corvette 327.

 

I must say "pretty nice " One of our better conversions.........
