Hot Rods Mallory tach cable adapter

Hi-I have a tach drive Mallory dist. and a Moroso mechanical tach;my question is, is there an adapter for the tach cable to go from the .104 square cable to the drive on the Mallory that is tanged? I've ran this before on my drag car,but not with a Mallory,so I'm not familiar with this. Thanks for any help.

Is the Maillory flag a .187 or a .203?
Hole size for the flag tip.
