This reminds me, about 30 years ago my step father and I went to look at a 63 Chrysler New Yorker. On the phone the guy said we needed to dig it out of the bushes that had grown up around it. What he failed to tell us is that a tree had been growing INSIDE of the car. The trees seed had grown out of the front seat cushion and the roots had grown all over the interior. Wish I had a picture to share...

Maybe it's a tree oh one. Turn down the crank, shave the heads and put in a 5/4 cam.

Anyone ever see the optional tail lights way back then? They had accessory lights so there were 3 lights that light up on each side. My Dad only saw a set ONCE....and it was back in Amesbury, Mass in around 1960 - 1962 or so??? He called them "banana boat tail lights" since they seemed to be made out of a similar plastic as the dishes when you ever got a banana split

Bustin my balsa that ones awesome ! Good job Rabid Whippet . And I thought that creative writing course in high school was a waste of time . I actually had a much longer version involving a butt kickin using tree and wood timber phrases I was shocked how much of it sounded like profanity I was affraid it would upset some people so it got shortened and cleaned up. Good to know I'm not the only one on here with a warped sense of humor .

In the same yard there is a 54 sedan that the tree grew up at the right tail light and pushed in the quarter to make it look like the car was backed into the tree.

Another tree lifting a car, these trees must be very fast growing as the cars have been there since the late 60s but the trees look way over 50 years old.

Well...I didn't want to waste the time to look through all 11 pages to see if anyone else thinks it's a fake, so this may have already been mentioned.

It looks like the car was built around the tree. If it wasn't done that way, the tree would have grown right through the front crossmember. Since the front of the car hasn't been lifted off the ground, there probably isn't a crossmember for the tree to lift. Also, the right front wheel looks to be a little bit tilted out, at the top of the tire. Sort of like it is just set into the ground, and not attached to anything. Also, the front wheel hub does not look like a 57 Chevy hub.

It just looks fishey, to me.
