My '64 Olds has manual valves. Mine are super slow, because they're super small, I'm planning to replace them. But if they were bigger, they'd be just as fast as a similar sized set of electric ones.

Manual valves are not any faster or slower than the corresponding electric ones, it's all about the size.

We used a suicidedoors kit on a 67 chevy pick up we built. We have the 3/8" valves and 1/2" line set up and it's fast and has been very reliable. The size of the line and the valves determines the speed. If we would have used the 1/2" valves it would have been even faster. We have 2 Viair 450 compressors and 2 5 gallon tanks. We've surprised people at how fast it goes up. Their stuff is good and they are very helpful guys. Price was reasonable compared to the Airride stuff.

Here's a couple of early pictures, we've painted the bed and tanks since then.

    EXCUSE ME,
They are manually operated, not computer controlled. I misunderstood what he was asking. It was early this morning.
