The frost is on the pumpkin and the last major swap meet of the season in eastern PA is this Saturday at Maple Grove Raceway. Gates open at 8am for buyers and the circus packs up about noon, so don't be late! Typically there are a few hundred vendors, and one p*** thru takes 2-3 hours. A mixture of race parts and antique/ collector car stuff. After this, time to prep the snowblower and hunker down for the long winter "off season". If you're going as a vendor, list what you have. If you attend as a buyer, post pictures of your treasures.
Here is our haul. The rear fender is '37-'38 Chevy pickup rear. Very hard to find in rust free condition. We arrived at 8:30am and left a few minutes before noon. Clear and sunny, the temperatures were in the mid-50's and very pleasant.
Wasn't as full of venders as some years. But seemed like a good amount of buyers. I did ok selling...was worth the trip!
