    Marlyn bought his 56 Chevy convertible brand new and shortly afterwards he had it chopped. He brought his car to the CCR as well as many other car shows. I saw him just this past September at a local car show and took these pictures. Another Customizer has left to that big car show in Heaven. RIP Marlyn.

    Condolences to the Englert family and friends in the passing of Marlyn. Taking new wheels and modding them nearly instantly upon recieving them highlights the passion...certainly was a nice ride...the pride in ownership is highly evident...RIP

    I always think about this, if I saw a brand new car now modded in similar ways I would think it would look like junk, props to the guys who did it with new cars back in the day.

    Met him at CCR. He was a great guy and he will be missed. He will be praying for the family and friends.
