Whats the skinny on these? Anybody use one? Good, bad, mediocre? Would you use one?

  2. I used a stock 350, good oil pressure throughout, decent stock power from what I saw. Got mine from a NAPA store.

It was doing good when the truck sold.

NO Thanks, rather build one right my self, way easier to control tolerances... The Boss thought he could save a dime and installed one in his plow truck which is also used as one of the delivery vehicles . From day 1 it knocked and rattled so bad it gets noticed even buy the girls that work the counter . NO THANKS , shouldnt be much longer till Marv blows it up

I work @ NAPA , wouldnt buy a Jasper either

  6. i had a friend used a Marshall rebuilt 350 many years ago and it seamed ok , the car is long gone but i believe it's still doing fine

what i suggest you do is call Jegs and get a new GM 350 crate. it has 4 bolt mains , 260 hp and a 3 year warranty and right now there is free freight. $1499 and you are done

i've used many of them with good results

Thanks for the advice, I really do appreciate it. But, I dont think I want to commit a sacrilege by putting a Chevy motor in my Ford.

Try Gearhead Engines out of Texas.I only paid $1399 for a '69 351W Ford long block plus core costs.3 year transferrable warranty! Great product! FAST service ,like two days as they have several warehouse locations.

A local parts store quit selling them because they had too many problems that Marshall wouldn't warranty.

Installed 2 Marshall engines quite a few years ago, Chevy small block & Olds V/6. Both Junk. There tech line was terrible some of the dumbest people I ever talked to. The parts store I bought them from also quit selling them.
