That's neater than cat**** Swede. What is the source for that tubing with all the holes in it? I need something like that. Is it available here in the good ol' USA?

Thanks guys for your comments :)
Today I started to make a new rear spreaderbar and all of a sudden I realised that this is the THIRD pair that I make for this car. No wonder why this project takes time. First was a pair of stailess ones and I feelt it was to much 1985. Then the second pair in normal steel but the flanges feelt to thin . This last one wont need a nut as I get the thread in the flange.

Changed the MC to a Willwood Tandem as the GM model has wires that need to be bent to lock the lid and I belive it would be a pain when it's supposed to be done thru a small hole in the floor.
Had to make a cut out on the tubing to get clearance.

Maybe things sometimes doesn't need to be hard to do. For some time Iv'e been trying to find someone with a big mill to help me out with the bolt pattern but today while talking on the phone with a friend and he says. - why don't you make a template and drill the wheels yourself.

So I made a steel flange for tempate in the waterjet and here we go :)

What a great build! My wife has Swedish ancestry. I am just wondering, if I lock her in the garage will I end up with a car of this caliber? :D

Oh, you got the new MSD Atomic FI kit!
You'll have to let us know how it performs.
I would like to do that on my 55 Handyman.
But at $2000-2500 US, I can buy a lot of gas for that amount.
Then I'd have to upgrade to an overdrive trans too...
