Are you guys aware of the Cars & Coffee in Hunt Valley? 8-10 every Saturday morning. It started last year but I've yet to make it. From the the photos I've seen it looks pretty cool. A real mix of cars, exotics to hot rods. I'm going to try and hit it one of these weeks...
I've seen photos and talked to guys who are there sometimes on Saturday mornings. It appears to be almost all foreign and high dollar exotics,,,,with 4 or 5 old American cars. Whatever blows your skirt up, I guess !
Just got back into it end of '13. Rebuilt an "32 Glass Roadster. Now I bought an '32 Glass 3 Window project, in paint now. Hang with an bunch (8-10) of similar '29 to '34 Rodders in Harford and Baltimore County. Also go to lunch once a month with a great bunch of legacy/grey beards from Harford/Baltimore Counties. Great stories, lots of information and talent.
There used to be a cruise-in at the outlets in Hagerstown. I think one Friday or Saturday a month. Don't know if it's still happening. Will try to find out. Never been there. 2hrs. plus to get there for me.
My 2006 post shows I'm near B-more in Overlea. I'm back on the shore now in Greensboro, MD which is near Denton and Ridgely. Been here since 2012.
Was anyone else besides me at OC last weekend for the Fall cruise in? Much better than Spring when it was cold/rainy the whole time and half the cars on the street were late model Mustangs running open cut-outs! I got Candy Clark's autograph for my daughter: Candy and Bo Hopkins were at the OCCC. Had great replicas of Milner's 32, Steve's 58 and the 55 Chevy.
Whaaat? That's interesting news! Is it going to be held at the York Fairgrounds/ Expo Center like the NSRA?
It's got to be at the York fair grounds. I can't imagine where else they would have it. Just odd to me that they would go to the exact spot as NSRA.
........I would have to agree. That could really have a negative impact on the already faltering NSRA event. I can see a lot of folks passing on the June NSRA show and going to the Good Guys. They haven't been to that area since they were at Hershey for a few years and that was quite a while back.
