The ***tle for my coupe was signed and dated on the back by the previous owner way back before i bought it. It was put back in storage and the sale was cancelled. I have a certified letter that says what happend. But im concerned that because its signed and dated ill have a tough time getting a ***tle in my name.

    Need a little more info.
Was the ***le only signed and dated by the seller, and otherwise left blank, or was the whole deal filled in ... name of buyer and all that?
It would make a difference, I would think.
(BTW ... only 2 Ts in the word ... ***le):D

    EDIT:
Here in Mississippi, I would just take it all down to the DMV and show 'em what you got. Don't know about M***achusetts, they might gun you down in the parking lot like a mad dog! LOL

  3. I don't think MA charges an annual tax, so I would have just had my seller give me a reciept with the same date on it, then tell the DMV you had to do some work to the car before you registered it. But I'm sure that's not the first time that's happened.. call DMV anonymously and ask them.
