    hey all,
I have heard/seen numerous peoples having problems posting/attaching pictures to their posts. Maybe a STICKY How-To is in order? Im not sure if I am the one to "teach" with (especially in my condition right now.. DRUNK!) but i will give it a shot anyways!

Wait, I just had a thought!! Plenty of poeple seem to knwo how to post a pic, but have probs because the pic is too big! Easiset way to fix this is to open the pic in your Paint program (Paint comes with basically every Micrsoft Windows program available), then goto IMAGE, then goto STRETCH/SKEW amd use the percentages to either shrink (percentages less than 100%) or enlarge (percentages greater then 100%)

There are 2 ways to attach pics to your post.
    (1) The easiest way is attach a pic from your hard drive after making a post on the HAMB. after your reply, or create a new topic and have finished typing your message, you click the continue*****on, BUT MAKE SURE the box is CHECKED that says 'i want to preview my post and/or attach a file' after hitting 'continue' you use the BROWSE*****in to go through your hard drive to find/attach a pic.

    (2) The 'other' way is to utilize webspace either given to you free by your ISP (Internet Service Provider.. I.E. DSL, CABLE...) or using webspace provided for free or purchased. If purchasing or using free webspace, then you will more than likely know how to upload pics to your FTP site. To post pics all you need to do is copy the FTP address of the pic to which you want to link to and paste in your HAMB message body bordered by brackets containing [IMG]
the in brackets posts the pic, and NOT the URL to the pic on a messageboard.. the verizon/net/res0xvzv is the webspace/username of the individual (me) all rolled up into one. The FILENAME.EXT is the filename (duh). and the EXT( Example Eric-Halo.JPG) so to string it all together : [IMG]

Im not sure that helped.. prolly hurt more than helped!!!
