Hot Rods McGurk inliner manifold

I have 3 carb McGurk manifold.

Did they only make GMC stuff or could this be for a Chevy?

they made them for chevy too. i had one many years ago.

 

Measure the port size. GMC large port size was 1 3/4 inches, whereas Chevy was somewhere in the 1 3/8 to 1 1/2 inch range. Also, Chevy measured 8 1/2 inches from center of port to center of port.

 

McGurk valve cover on my old '53 with 235.

 

They also made them for various size Chevies. Had a 2 carb manifold on my babbit pounder 216 in 1959.

 

here's my 2 carb mcgurk for the chevy has pg cast on it

 

They even made chev v-8 intakes

 

Now you need one of these to go with it.

 

Heres some pictures of McGruk triple manifolds, with the last one being mine

 

If ya bring it down where we could check to see if it fits my 235???
