Had one of the best weekends a kat could have. I Cruised up to McPhails open House on Saturday and had a great time. Even though I didn't win***** at the auction, it was still fun watching Dennis work the crowd. Sorry Guy this Kat kan't run with the big dogs. $$$ Thanks Dennis. Sunday I ran over to Starbirds and all I can say is check out the pics Posies truck is too Kool and Bill Hines was there and check out this buggy. I mad a decesion to get Kooler so I shot my water Kooler black and it was one of the high light of the weekend. My chassy swap I lost my floor vents. It is amazing how pleasent it was driving home Sunday with a nice breeze hitting ya. I stopped to get gas on the way Home and one of the kids thought that the kooler was a speaker (Bass Bazooka) I told them that it wasn't hooked up yet but look out when I get everything krankin. Looks kinda crazy but I had to choose to be Kooler than just being kool. The weekend couldn't get any better. I hope you enjoy the pics. Happy Trails, Mick
The stroller is all metal, and was hand made by Corey Harder, one of the guys on the Metalshapers board. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/metalshapers/
It is amazing what we will put our kids through just to look kool. You can tell by the kids expression that he was having a blast!!!!!!!! Notice the top swings back so the kid can have some room, also the hood swings forward so they can strap him in the "HOT" Rod. Happy Trails, Mick
Nice pics. Those strollers are awesome eh! Posies truck is kinda kewl, but what the***** is with him and his STUPID**** m/c tires? .....Shiny
Did Mrs. Posies leave her laundry hamper inside the truck??? and he stuck some gauges in it?? Yuck....
Cool pics, thanks for posting. Did Posie's have to remove the steering wheel to get in and out past that short door? When I first glanced at your pic of the Merc, I thought the swamp cooler had a headlight shroud on it, to match your headlight details.
[ QUOTE ] Did Posie's have to remove the steering wheel to get in and out past that short door? [/ QUOTE ] Yes he had to remove the steering wheel. I thought that the truck was Kool. The big wheels worked on the truck. I liked the dash but I don't know if it fit the style of the truck. First impression was yuk, but the more I looked at it it started to grow on me. (Here is another pic) One of the reasons that I like Posies stuff, is he does it his way and tries to go another direction. You have to respect that mentality. After hangin out at McPhails Open House and Starbirds Museum it makes you want to strive on doing somthing that no one has done before and keep it fun. [ QUOTE ] I thought the swamp cooler had a headlight shroud on it, to match your headlight details. [/ QUOTE ] UUGGHHHHHH that all I need is a third Head light shroud. The Kooler is strange looking just trying to keep it kool. I want to do some art work on the tank but hadn't fell in love with an idea yet. Happy Trails, Mick
I like the dash too, But I'm not sure it goes with the personality of the car it's in. are there other deco details? It needs to go in something more like this:
would like to see a side shot of the truck... Dash does not seem to go with it.. may have done better in the Extremeliner from a few yrs back..
I like the dash ....in somthing else. The truck was in the shade and my pics look like*****, but you will get an idea. Happy Trails, Mick
Posies truck is something different.I like it.But I also like the whole kustombuilder concept pics and know his will turn out bad****. That dash kinda grows on you.The more I look at the pics the more I like them.
