I am trying to find where the closest land speed location or event is to or in MD. Many people run test p***es at airports and such and i know their is an east coast timing ***ociation but have not had much luck finding anything close enough for me to attend with my 55. Thanks for any info guys.
East Coast Timing ***ociation runs at Maxton ,NC. The newest venue is Loring AFB , Limestone ,Maine ( Loring Timing ***ociation ). They both have web sites that should have more info.
Looked at those, there still a major trip from md on a limited budget, thanks though i will keep looking.
If you're thinking of running @ Maxton,there are only two chances left. Sept 24-25 & October 29-30. After that no more at that site. Some high-buck,super-secret security training outfit leased the site . There's been some talk of a Wilmington Delaware facility,but nothings been announced/confirmed as yet. Stan
