OK, I'm sure y'all (picked that up in Texas) have been in-un-dated with Round Up BS, but I just had to throw in my dos pennies, for what it's worth. First off, just have to say that Kontinentals--all of them--did one helluva job making the show go off seemlessly (at least it "seemed" so). From the lineups @ the Continental to the show on the lake, everything was smooth. Besides the usual brisket sangwich outside the club, my favorite part of the evening festivities was seeing Gary Clark, Jr. (I even went and bought his CD.) Well, that and consuming as many Lone Stars, Shiner Box, and Tecates in one sitting as possible. I just hope the event doesn't outgrow it's gr***roots britches...but if it does, I'll still be there. Thanks again to all the Konti's for taking good care of me, again. And for all whom I didn't bump into (it was the Gregg Alman disguise), see you next year!
I think Texas just became the grounds to the Cochran, Fortier, and White family reunion... It kicked *** seeing you and Jimmy.
heh, i still gotta post my pics... same cars, just different perspective. and to get all gay and mooshy, youll see the show from my beer clouded eyes... like when i got on terrys mini-bike to get film out of the truck, hit a couple rutts, and almost slammed into a car in front of me...
