Mercury flathead complete motor with Merc heads/intake. Water most definitely got into the top end as I pulled a head and #5 cylinder has a freeze crack. Other cylinders look rough as well, so block is likely junk. Bottom end however looks good and had good looking oil in the pan when pulled. Your call, priced accordingly.
