Here's a 64 Park Lane Breezeway at Desert Valley Auto Parts in Arizona with a hitch.

I thought about inquiring about the hitch, but to have it removed from the breezeway and shipped to me in Virginia it would probably cost a fortune. I could really use measurements too, I want to put a class 3 hitch on my Park Lane convertible to pull my Shasta camper.

Heres a couple updates on the progress of the montclair marauder.Got the frame back after being powder coated.Started putting it together.Going for that nostalgic 63-64 A/FX style. The car will eventually have a 427 power train,Big spline top loader four speed, and a beefed up nine inch with 4:11 gears.Going with paint matching steelies with dog dish hubcaps and old style pie crust slicks.

I didn't see about Andrew's wagon, I will ask him.

Frame looks great, and it reminds me I need to scrape more under coating!

Is that an aftermarket outer rearview mirror or original? Mine doesn't have lights. Looks strange to me

I know who you are talking about, I think his name is brian stepani. The R code merc was on that muscle car review episode and the 58 merc was in a mag shoot.I havent had a chance to talk to him but he has some damn nice stuff and takes it out to the track.I'll track down some photos and put them on.

Finally got the front end together,Was a bitch getting those springs in without the help of the weight of the car on it.Used the mock up engine to help.Long branch headers fit well.

Thank's for the info, you certainly knows your stuff, What's your opinion on the Pops performance repop short iron cast headers. Have a set on it's way but not 100 % convinced. Like the long Crites and they look like a perfect fit.

I havent seen any of the repop shorty headers,so Im not sure how they are.I prefer the shorty style,I just think they look better, you see each runner, they are lighter and they work with some rack systems.Easier to get to stuff also.

  26. That Ranchero and that wild purple thing are photoshops done by my younger brother. The purple car is actually my old Bittersweet car I posted earlier in the thread.

  27. He did this one too along time ago.

  28. I actually started the Ranchero and my brother finished it. Here are the original shots. This car is actually in Scandanavia somewhere. Notice the "double people" in the first PS edit, The final shot has the blue car way in the background. It is actually the orange car in the background used to fill a gap in the picture, flipped recoloured and shrunk
