This is a marine engine conversion from a 351 Windsor and will work on any sm. bl. ford engine, it comes with the exhaust manifolds, thermostat housing with coolant hoses, bell housing with out drive adapter, engine mounts and all hardware to install a ford engine into a boat, all parts are excellent condition and ready to use.
