I had finished drawing this “Modified Sleigh” with some ideas from rear/mid engine race cars for future art threads about three weeks ago. But, I had not done a sleigh for a Christmas post. So, it sat idle in my files and I kept going over it each time I saw it. Then by the time I finished the weekly Friday Art post for December, (of my version of @mad mikey and the cool Model A for the posting,) The Sleigh had to go to a Christmas morning thread of some kind. The big old Modified Sleigh for the AA/MS class in the northern regions. Don’t ask how he gets his big old self in the seat…ha! Hello, The big old guy still has it and this year, delivered in record time. The previous year, we had a modified Christmas session. Our living room + the whole downstairs floor got a make over and we were supposed to be looking at new floor for Christmas morning. But, a few construction changes lasted until after Christmas for us. So, we had a modified Christmas with a custom electronic tree in the window and some presents under the Granddaughter Tree we set up in our “bistro” table in our bedroom. Fun was still had at our granddaughter’s house on Christmas day… Last year the big guy took a So Cal vacation after this morning’s super delivery times. So, after his fast and faster sleigh, he slayed (pun intended) the routes with super quick times amazed everyone with fast, under the tree deliveries. He might be playing pickleball against his wife and her talents after a stop over at the nearby beach!!! Jnaki Happy Holidays… Stay Safe
