Customs Metal Flake Paint

I need help with a quality painter in the Kansas City area who is first cl*** with metal flake. Im looking to re-do the bobber and have the tank and rear fender shot in metal flake but I can't seem to find anyone in the area.
I've got a lot of " my neighbors friend ...." but the reality is I want a quality paint job from a quality shop.
Any help is greatly appreciated-
