    Unless you want an as sprayed out of the gun look metallics should be clear coated if color sanding is planned.

    chopolds has it right, but the 2nd reply was also to inform regarding the new equipment and some of the caveats caused by changes in formulation. We can still do our custom stuff with it but there's things to watch for, the most important being (at the risk of being a broken record) HVLP guns.
