I left on leg one of my trip from Dallas to Pheonix to spend a couple days with Deyomatic on my way to LA and eventually Paso.
As I left El Paso I noticed a vibration when I accelerated, it seemed a little odd. When I pulled into Tempe I got a loud clunk and shutter as I decelerated, you guessed it, a U-Joint dcided to implode.

I made a quick call to Deyomatic who got me in touch with MetalShapes and I was taken care of the HAMB way. I was back on the road in not time.

I owe a huge thanks to MetalShapes, I hope I get the chance to return the favor soon.

Also thanks to Deyomatic for the hospitality in Pheonix, he took me to Industrial ch***is (Cool shop) and a great party. I got to meet a bunch of HAMBers and had a good time..

Now I am sitting in a hotel in Fullerton CA geting ready for a week of cl***.
    See ya at Paso.

He means Tucson, not Tempe. I wouldn't send him 2 hours back in the opposite direction on a bad U joint!

Like I said, think nothing of it, I'm glad you had a good time here and if you need to stop on the way back, you are certainly welcome again. And thanks for your part as "accomplice" in what will hopefully result in a '55 Fairlane g***er!

I'm also glad my crazy pooch didn't go flip-case on you!

I think Tyler may have put more miles on that truck than most 18 wheelers.

TZ,After you get a picture on both coast lets shoot for a picture in every state. I know its already been to half of them anyway.
