Christmas should be a day of being happy = working on your current project or going for a ride in your special classic

Will be on my project this afternoon probably not tonight but tomorrow most of the day! Gary:D

  16. I'll probably go out tomorrow and fire up the banger, just to circulate some oil. Then it's cooking, eating, opening presents and relaxing in my recliner after eating too much. It's too damned cold in the garage for working on my toy.

Yes I will, there are somethings I want to do to the 42, and it is much more peaceful in the garage than in the house

Been in and out of the shop most of the morning. Have about 2 more hours before shop time ends until Friday morning. Just pounding out afew dents until I find the parts I am looking for. Then it will be alot more serious. Rod

  23. Feeling like there's good momentum on my '39 pickup but I doubt any work will get done today or tomorrow. Had big thoughts about what i could do with a full day of no work but warm in the house playing with my boys and enjoying a couple coffee cocktails at the moment and I believe I'll stay.
I may be able to grab the 8" mustang dif from my cousin when we go to my Aunt and Uncles though.
Might be far along enough to actually do a build thread without frustrating anybody that may be interested to look with waaaay to long between updates.

My daughter and son in law, and my grandson left here this morning to drive to Calgary, then fly to Victoria for Christmas to his parent's place.
On the drive to Calgary this morning, they got stopped by an R.C.M.P. officer for speeding. He came to the window very stern, asked for their info, and went back to his car. He came back to their window, and sternly told them that they could have their car impounded and towed for not having their insurance card with them, and he could write them a big ticket for speeding as well.
Then, he says, I am giving you two tickets. One is a warning ticket for speeding, with no monetary fine, and the other ticket is a scratch and play lottery ticket. Have a Merry Christmas.

Gotta love the Holiday season spirit. Happy holidays to everyone from us to you.

We will be in the garage Christmas day as that is where we have dessert after dinner and then open the gifts. We wish everyone here a Merry Christmas and Happy 2015.

Looks like I will be home alone this christmas, not much family left and what is still around is out of town and I am recently single again so its just me and the animals, probably will be in the garage drinking beer most of the day.
