Middle Tn. Nashville, Murfreesboro area, people wanted

Here's the deal. I've got a decent sized shop in Murfreesboro, and I'd like to find a person or two who practice in the automotive/hot rod arts who can use some space to do their thing.
I'm not looking for anything formal, or official. No leases, no set rents, days or hours. We can just take it as it goes and roll with it. I'm about as flexible and open as you could possibly be.
Right now, I'm geared completely towards Mopars and Drag cars...experience from Slant 6 to Top Fuel, but I would like to expand my horizons. Street Rod, Rat Rod, Custom, even circle track, all welcome. I'm a nocturnal creature, so late night stuff is fine by me. What I'm really looking for is something interesting, challenging or unique.
So, hit me back and tell me whatcha got.
