Midget

Hi all,
Greetings from New Zealand.
I recently purchased a Chevy 11 powered Midget from LA area.
It is the "Ollie Prather Special, Aracadia Ca". #4.
Does anyone have any information on the history of this car? Where it raced? Who may have driven it?
If so, I would be most grateful.
