Waiting the second radiator to show up, first one was twisted pretty bad.

Then the motor comes apart. The motor appears to have super super low mileage with .060 over Pistons... But it sat for years so I'll re ring it, new guides, valves, lifters and a souped up cam..

Getting ready for the chop, removed the glass and pretty much all of the wood... Most of it was rotted anyways. Tomorrow I'll mark out the chop and start cutting.

Rather than cut right thru the wood I decided to use a hand saw and cut just thru the tin, remove the nails and screws and slide the pieces out. This way I can remove the 6-1/2"s from the wood and slide the roof back over the b pillars.

Oh shit!!! Here it goes! Good idea with the hand saw and saving the wood like that! 6 and a half chop with no channel is going to be sweet! I'm a highboy freak! Keep cuttin' bro!!!!!
