Technical mini gear reduction compatibility

    anyone know what mini gear reduction starter would be compatible with a 1980’s Chevy 350 flywheel? Thanks for any info.

    Most mini starters have the holes in a straight line. There are two sets of holes so they can be used with either size SBC flywheel. Either 153 tooth or 168 tooth.

    late 90s Chevy truck starters are gear reduction....just make sure to get the correct bolts for it.

    Here;s the one I got from Summit, would work for either flywheel and is clockable too. No issues since Oct 2018 when I got it. SUM-829105 SUMMIT HITACHI STARTER

    Aren't those Chevy truck starters staggered bolt pattern only ?
