Minnesota HAMBers, your invited to Hot Rod Barbeque Year 4

Local HAMBers, you’re invited to Hot Rod Barbeque Year 4 on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 3:00PM! The Hot Rod Barbeque is a family oriented barbeque/car show that my wife and I have been hosting at our house since 2003. Our goal has been to have an event for everyone meaning that we don’t limit what you can bring. As a result, we get a wide variety of cars, boats, motorcycles, racecars and military vehicles from the 1920’s to the present. The advantage of this format is that our friends can participate with whatever unique mode of transportation they have. We know that it doesn’t exactly fit in with what the HAMB is about but we would really like to have as many HAMBers join us. It would be great to have some older American iron in the mix!

Where – 10550 Beard Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55431
Cost - This is a non-profit event so the cost is nothing to you!
Food/drink - We will be providing barbequed pork sandwiches and will have ice-cold beer available.
What to bring – A side dish to share, lawn chair and of course, your ride!

We will be making postcard invitations so e-mail me your address if you would like one.

Just in case you are wondering – Yes, I was the guy you met at the HAMB meet n’ greet at the Back to the 50’s in June.

The food is guaranteed to be awesome. My brother will be coming over the night before to start smoking the pork. He makes a pretty mean tasting barbeque sauce too.

will be there for sure, bring'n some munchies, and whatever car, truck or bike is running that day. i dont get out to bloomington much and avoid it like the plague since i moved out of there and cut roots after i graduated. hopefully the cop'rs stay busy on the other end of town and harass someone else. never got bothered for more stupid crap in my life than when i lived in that town, so take it easy guys drivin through.

natas - Hmmmm....Sept. 9.... Maybe the wagon or maybe the S10.

Hopefully the wagon cuz that'll mean the exhaust is on, the brakes work, and it's on the road...and maybe the stupid custom S10 is sold.

If the stupid custom S10 isn't sold, and the other stuff on the wagon isn't done, I'll bring the stupid custom S10.

(anyone want to buy a really nice stupid custom S10?)
