I picked up an early Camaro rear end to use in my 1959 Chevy Apache project. The rear end came with a nice pair of SSBC 4 piston calipers. Up front, I have Mustang II drop spindles, with single piston calipers. The catch is... SSBC doesn't offer anything for Mustang II and I would like to run 4 piston calipers up front to match the rear. Any ideas?

Ideas? sure, you can buy a Wilwood kit to put 6 piston calipers on 55-59 truck spindles, so all you have to do is get rid of the MII ****, find an axle and leaf springs, steering etc, and then put the Wilwood brakes on it. Plus you'll make the truck into something we can talk about here.

I doubt it's the idea you wanted to hear, but hey...

So back to stock with the front suspension, hmm... OK, did I mistakenly post in the wrong thread? Honestly, I have never messed around with Mustang II - it came with the project and I haven't installed it yet. All ears...
