    I was thinking the same thing.I spent a couple of hours looking for clues,but didn't find a thing.

    Huh,
    I got the photo from Jack W and I could swear it was a gold in color or just a photo where the color was washed out by a yellowish hue? (hmm). I did have another photo of the car in red parked in a field with dog dish caps. I don't know if its the same car?, I'm ***uming it is.
    If anyone would know about Denise would probably be Jack W.

    BTW, did you know that John Geraghty's '40 had a custom tube frame? Think that factoid came from the HAMB someplace. Always been one of my favs too, along with Jimmy Summers '40 Merc.

    I have a color picture of Ken's 40 with the small hubcaps and painted wheels, probably from a 1961 or 1962 Milwaukee car show.

    I believe the Miss Denise 40 to be a car not from the Milwaukee, Wi area. A chopped 40 convert in Milwaukee at that time would be difficult to forget. At that time, my involvement with the rod/custom scene was substantial, I owned and operated a custom body shop at that time.
