Hot Rods Miss shifting rebuilt turbo 350

I have a twice rebuilt 350 trans. with after market torque converter. It shifts fine thru all gears until it gets warmed up. It will then slip out of third gear. Shift back into second and it will shift back into third but almost immediately slip back out of third. Any ideas?
